Do the prices listed on this site include taxes?
No, the prices listed do not include the required taxes.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early for your appointment and turn off your cell phone when you arrive.

What should I wear to the spa?
Simply stated, whatever you are comfortable wearing. Sheilas will provide appropriate wraps/robes for your service including disposable undergarments. Slippers are provided and if there are any mobility concerns, please let your receptions know.

What is your policy on scents?
We are a scent free environment. Please refrain from wearing scents on the day of your service

Should I wear make-up to the spa?
We will be happy to remove your make-up for you. We do encourage you to wear sunscreen to every visit, especially for laser and IPL treatments. Our staff will ensure your sunscreen is reapplied before you leave.

Can I bring my children?
Though we all love children, it is best to make alternative arragements. This gives you a chance to relax and enjoy your spa experience.

What do I do with my belongings when I arrive?
Please secure your purse and personal belongings in the private lockers provided for you in the cloak room. This will ensure that none of your valuables are lost and provide a safer working environment for our staff (purses and bags are easy to trip over in dimly lit rooms).

Will there be waiting time between services?
Sometimes there may be a small wait between services. Enjoy one of our wonderful herbal teas or coffee from the tea bar and relax.

When should I book my next appointment?
It is best to book your next appointment before you leave. This ensures that you receive the next best time for you. Please advise reception of any changes in name, address, phone number, email, or health concerns.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept debit, cash, Visa, and Master Card. However, higher end credit cards may not be accepted or a surcharge may be added.

What is your cancellation policy?
At Sheila's, we book complex services, scheduling equipment, rooms, and staff to accomidate treatment needs. The staff will provide a courtesy call to remind you of a scheduled appointment. If you must cancel or change an appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance to avoid being charge for the full service. All appointments must be confirmed with a credit card.

Am I permitted to use my cell phone?
Sheila's is a cell free zone, however, in case of emergency reception will monitor cell phones at your request. Please turn off and place your cell phone in a locker, along with your purse. Your valuables should be left at home.

Do I tip my service provider?
It is appropriate to tip your service provider 13-15% in the envelope provided. Our computer program allows reception to split tips to allow for multiple staff services.
